My dress is a chapel length satin dress with embellished bodice. The bodice has diagonal satin pleating to give a very refined and slender look through the waist, and an ample, classic pure satin skirt flowing behind the dress. I bought this dress off the rack at a local bridal shop in Atlanta a couple of months before my wedding. This dress is a beautiful satin gown that is "ivory" but its true tone is ever so slightly gold/champagne. The front and back of the bodice have incredible beadwork and are supported with internal boning. The dress has an attached belt with additional beadwork. The ivory faux fur stole/cape shown in some of the photos is also available if you are having a fall/winter wedding like me. I only wore this dress for the ceremony and the dinner / cake cutting, and changed into a different dress for the reception/dancing, therefore, it is in pristine condition. When I created this listing I didn't have any information on the brand of dress, however, a lovely OnceWed member messaged me to let me know that it is a Casablanca dress - style #2091 in Antique Gold. The bodice is the original one from Casablanca, however, the tulle skirt had been replaced with a beautiful satin skirt when I bought it. I assume that whoever ordered originally had it customized, then never picked it up / paid, which is how it was available for me to purchase "off the rack" some time later.
